If the reserve is not met it will be the owners discretion whether or not to accept a bid lower than the reserve. The high bids will be posted on this site as they come in. You may bid against the high bid as often as you like until the noon deadline on Friday, 11/14/08. Bids will be accepted starting at noon on Wednesday, 11/19/08. The owner of the carousel horse will contact the winner by phone (don't forget to enter a valid phone number!) within 24 hours of the bid close date and time. Together, you and the owner will make arrangements for payment and delivery of the horse. Delivery price IS NOT included in the bid but the owner MAY be willing to share cost depending on the winning bid amount.
